Download builder configuration only affects minimized version

Hi,
I think there is a confusion here. The download builder says "Customize your jqGrid download by selecting the specific modules you need in the form below." However, selecting modules only affects minimized version of the build. The unminimzied code is always complete, which imo is wrong - it must be equal to the minimized version.
