Hi Tony,

do you plan to make jqGrid themeroller compliant in some next future?

In the lacking of a true Jquery-UI grid component for a while (an year? two years?) this will help a lot to use your wonderful plugin in real word cases.

I know transforming jqGrid into a real JQuery-UI widget will take a lot of code reworking, but a simple sicking to the new UI CSS framework won't be too much complex, right? It's all about modifying some class names here and there.

What's your thinking?

Hello,

This is a reasonable question. To be a honest I do not know. Will really consider this in the future. This will be a hard work.

Best Regards

Tony

I think this is one of the best jquery plugins out there, with the most helpful documentation. I am sure, if you could prop up a donation method, people would be willing to do so.

Apart from that, have you thought about submitting jqGrid to the jQuery UI? I know they already have someone working on the UI Grid, but I didn't know whether you had thought about that or if you plan on continuing independent development of the grid.

Excellent work you are doing Tony. Thanks for your contribution.

How about some parameters to enable Splitter window? Left panel tree view and right panel this jqGrid. IE is a idiot internet browser ever created, try to give some note or tips for IE to execute jqGrid.

- The jqGrid navigator i am using for a telecom solution framwork, its a great job you did. Thanks a many.
