In Download Builder on the jqGrid Web site I've included all modules in my download. Apparently the file jquery.searchFilter.css was not included in my zip containing 4.0 version of the jqGrid (I've tried it several times).
Is there any reason this file is missing contrary to what the documentation says?

See the last Point in the Upgrade Guide.
/jqgridwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:upgrade_from_3.8_to_4.0.0
You must include it manuelly since 4.0.0.
