jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I am using JSON to load JsGrid. UI was displayed but data was not loading…

I have used html code like this…

JSON string i am getting fro aspx page like this..

I tried to ways like..

1. {"Page":"1″,"Total":1.0,"Records":"2″, "Rows":[{"id":"500003","value":"Test data1"},{"id":"500004","value":"Test data2"}]}

2. [{"id":"500003","value":"Test data1"},{"id":"500004","value":"Test data2"}]

I am not understood, what mistake i made in this code…

UI is rendering but data was not displaying..

Please help me..
