cellpadding and cellspacing on the table tag is now obsolete in HTM 5, can you update your code and documentation and remove the declaration, for example in doc we used specify the divs and tables as such:

                    <table id="ListAccounts" class="scroll" cellpadding="0″ cellspacing="0″>
                    </table>
                    <div id="ListAccountsPager" class="scroll jqGridPager" style="text-align: center;">
                    </div>
