I see jqGrid makes two divs above my table, div.GridHeader and div.loadingui.
Should GridHeader keep getting created, even though I don't have a caption set? It causes 1px "margin" at the top of my table, unless I set it to display:none.
Additionally, what does div.loadingui do? I can't seem to figure it out from the code. I know that div.loading(w/o -ui) is the red "Loading..." indicator, but I never see loadingui.

div.GridHeader can be used later to dynamically set a caption
div.loadingui is block jqGrid interaction when reading data - also see
docs option loadui
