Two way XML Binding in editable grid

Is it possible to have two way xml binding ?
I am expecting following behaviour.
Binding xml to grid - this is already supported
If user modifies grid contents is it possible to update binded XML.
In other words I want my grid contents and bindable xml contents in sync.
