jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hello Everyone,

I have a question about the styling of the grid. I'm trying to do a couple of this;

- Change the font and fontsize in the grid.

- A specific backgroundcolor when selecting a cell to edit.

- When the first column on the left of the grid is selected i want to change the background color of the whole row.

- The default setting of the grid is that on select the row "jumps in height" en gets a bit higher. I don't want do row to change when selecting a cell i just want to see the cell get "active".

I can't get any of these things to work, i tried searching the forum, and editting the grid.css file but it won't work. Can anybody help me??

Help would be really appreciated.
