jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

$("#jqgProjectDetail").setLabel("ProjectNo", "Project No", {}, { 'border-left-style': 'solid !important', 'border-left-width': '2px !important' });

I have a jqgrid jqgProjectDetail and need to set the left border of column header of column ProjectNo to 2px and solid.

I write the lines as above but it seems both of them does not work. anything work????
