jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Is it possible to submit the search form with the click on the datepicker?

I have a field configured like this:

                                                                dataInit:function(el){
                                                                                                $(el).datepicker({dateFormat:"yy-mm-dd"});
                                                                },
                                                                dataEvents: [

                                                                                                                            //   HOW TO SUBMIT THE FORM HERE?
                                                                                                } }
                                                                ]
                                                                

                                }

When i select a date in the datepicker the field loose the focus and the user must click on it again to set the focus in order to submit the for with the enter of the keyboard.

Is there any solution?
