jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

To delete specific rows I use the folling code:

 var rowid = 0;
 var a_referenceID = new Array (73,75,0);

 numrecords = jQuery('#previewlist').getGridParam('reccount');

 for(i=a_referenceID.length; i>=0; i--) {
  if (a_referenceID[i] != 0) {
   for(j=numrecords; j>=0; j--) {
    myref = jQuery('#previewlist').getCell(j, 'reference');

    if (myref == a_referenceID[i]) {
     jQuery('#previewlist').jqGrid('delRowData', j);
    }
   }
  }
 }

 jQuery("#previewlist").trigger("reloadGrid")

The redraw is OK if the list is not sorted. If the grid is sorted by click in the header the rows are deleted but the reloadGrid won´t work so the rows are still visible.

Any ideas????
