Hey tony,
I am trying to save my grid perferences (params) in a cookie. I followed the advice in this post http://www.trirand.com/blog/?p.....post-2325/ and it all works except for the create cookie.
Heres my loadComplete code:
loadComplete : function() {
var gridInfo = $("#list").getGridParam();
$.cookie('grid', JSON.stringify(gridInfo));
alert($.cookie('grid'));
},
When it never creates the cookie, yet if I put a random string in there it will create it just fine. The only thing I can think of is that when the JSON.stringify() method fires it creates data that is to large for a cookie. Is that whats happening here? If so how do I get around this.

Hello,
It is quite possible.The max size of cookie is browser depended.
