jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

We have  a table element. In first column, in edit mode, ceil include <select> element.

Can we setup OnSelect event for this <select> element or emulate this action?

We have to organize two <select> elements (in neibor ceils), where the second depend on first <select> element value

User change first select - we have to rebuild options in second select element, depending on value of first select
