Hi ^^.

Well, im building a grid with multiselect option with a oracle datablase. Everything works fine but i have a question.

It's possible to make difference between multiselect and onSelectRow. I said, if a row and only 1 row could be selected by clicking on row-text (if you select another row by the same way first one mus be unselected) and when you click on row multiselect checkbox, you could select more rows (like the custom multi-select example on beta 3.0).

I think that a event with row checkbox (id=jqg+row_id) its a possible way but i'm not sure

Maybe my explanation it's not very good Tongue out

This should be very usefully. Maybe an event like onClickRow that should highlight the row (not select) and return the rowid !!?! Any idea !?

Hello,

I missed this in 3.3 release, but hope to include this in the next release.

Regards

Tony

Hi,

like the guy above I would like to implement multiselect and editing cells on the same grid. If I don't include "multiselect:true" then after selecting a row with mouse onSelectRow event is triggered and grid goes in edit mode. In the other hand if I include "multiselect:true" onSelectRow event doesn't work any more. It seems that both functionalities are in conflict. Is there any way to have both functionalities on the same grid with jqGrid version 3.3 or I have to wait for new release? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hello,

This is not conflict, but feture :). Whe cellediting is enabled, multi select is disabled, and onSelectRow too. I hope to have this in progress.

Tony

Hi,

I've found a solution. I removed onSelectRow event and I encluded new two buttons (editing and prinintg) in navigation bar and extra checkbox column. At the beginning I select a row, then if I click the edit button I call editRow action. If I click the print button I read rowId (getGridParam('selrow')) and call servlet for PDF printing.
