jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I and my coleague had a similar problem.

The jqGrid filters of a jqGrid inside a dialog would be locked for input.

We did a quick solve by disabling jqModal plugin in jqgrid oprions:

jqModal: false,

modal: true,

It's not a perfect solution, since not using jqModal plugin, the modal forms only

overlay the parent grid.

To us this was a welcome feature, but to others, it may not be that welcome.
