jqGrid on Modal Dialog

I have created a jqgrid (4.5.2) on a modal dialog (jquery 1.10.2).

When I click jqgrid's add or edit button, Items on edit form (textboxes,selects,…) are not editable and selectable.

I disabled jqModal (jqModal:false) and solved the previous problem, But I faced a new problem and it added scroll bars to dialog. see below for details.

Could anybody help me?
