jqgrid demo doesn't populate all of the grids

I've fixed the jquery.js to jquery.min.js in some of the files to make it work on my xampp server. The weird thing is that the demo pages don't work except for the Live Data Manipulation/Searching Data page which is working. This leads me to believe my server is working and is setup correctly. I'm using Xampp 1.8.1 portable lite with php v5.4.7, MySQL 5.5.27, Apache 2.4.3, and the 4.0 jqgrid demo. Followed instructions readme.txt to the letter. No errors are displayed. When I use Loading Data/JSON Data for example it'll display an empty grid, it says 'Loading' for a second then disappears and nothing happens, the grid stays empty. I Use firefox 15.

This plugin looks really good when it's working but would like to be able to get it running on my dev. environment, hope anyone can help me. I can't seem to find anything different between the live searching page and the others.

The PHP script demos are very old and they need to be updated.

Sorry for this. Do not know if I have time to do this, but anyway will try.
