We have in our application the ability for a user to send the screen to the printer via the java script window.Print() function. When the user does this, the content of the jqGrid is printed as expected, but the column headers are not. We have a nested grid (child inside of a parent) and both have this problem.
Is there a configuration that I need to change in order to get the headers to display? Maybe a CSS thing that is wrong?

Hello,
Check the media atribute when you load the CSS.
