Hello,

I dont know if this is a bug, but when using different grids in different tabs, when i refresh the page, the "Loading" message only hides on the visible tab. If you change tabs you can see the loading in the other grids. I'm using loadui:'block'.

I edited "$("#lui_"+ts.id).fadeOut("fast") to $("#lui_"+ts.id).hide(); on grid.base.js and it fixed it. Am i the only one with this problem?

Thanks,

Frederico

Hello,

Thanks for this, but it seems very strange. As you can see we have uniquie Id, but the only think that I see is you maybe switch between the tabs (grid) to quick which couse the loading message not to close with fadeOut.

Regards

Tony

I'm running into this too - on both 3.5Alpha1 and 3.5Alpha2.  I don't have this problem on 3.4.  I tried the fix that you posted too, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference...I'll have to look into it further.

The only thing that makes the "Loading..." message disappear is adding, editing or deleting a row, or expanding a row (I'm using grids as sub-grids).

Tests the same in both FF3 and IE7.

Thanks,

Adam

I haven't figured out why, but the ID in the "Loading..." divs isn't getting populated.

This isn't the case with my version 3.4 project.

I've played around with jquery.base.js at lines 667 and 668 - it's trying to build the divs with an ID at line 667, but not 668.   These lines are the same in 3.5 as in 3.4, but I gave line 668 the ID reference anyway (id=lui_"+this.id+") which gave the "Loading..." divs an ID finally, but they still do not go away on the 2nd and 3rd tabs as they should.

Thanks, Adam

I confirm - it is a problem using latest ui 1.7.1, grid 3.5 alfa 2 and jquery 1.3.2.
