jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Folks,

  I've got an ASP.NET MVC site and I am trying to implement jqGrid drag and drop. I've gotten pretty much all of the other jqGrid features working that I want, but there seems to be a problem with drag and drop. As soon as I add the jqGrid("#grid", 'gridDnD' ... code to it, there is a javascript exception with the text "exception thrown and not caught".

Here's my script includes at the top of every page:

And then I try and link two grids for DnD:

Any advice on what I can do here to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated. I downloaded the full jQuery UI plugin and put that in my Scripts directory and i downloaded the full jqGrid plugin (checked every box) and put that in my scripts directory but something is obviously screwing up with the DnD.
