Is it possible to add more options to the navigation layer?

I would like to create a link to a file that will create excel / pdf file.

I see hints and code on the forum on how to do that from a link exteranl to the grid, but it would be nice to have the link in the navigation grid.

OK, I found the custom buttons documentation.

But, my custom button isn't working.

$("#slist").navGrid("#pager",{edit:false,add:false,del:false,searchtext:"Filter"}).navButtonAdd('#Pager',{
caption:"Create PDF", buttonimg:"../images/pdf.gif", onClickButton: function() {

document.location.href='ExportToPDF.cfm';

position:"last", title: 'Export to PDF' });

I don't get any firebug errors, it just isn't there.

What am I doing wrong?

OK, I found the problem. I had pager spelled as Pager.
