Hello,

I need to initialize the search grid with the previous values when I come back on a page.

I made the necessary to put the filter values in a PHP SESSION variable, but I don't manage to trigger search with these values.

For exemple, I have a filed called "Nom" in a filter called "t_listSociete". I want to initialize the search with value 'AGF'.

On $(document).ready, I added :

jQuery('#sg_Nom').val('AGF');
jQuery('#listSocietes').setGridParam({postData:{Nom:'AGF'}});
var cs = jQuery('#t_listSociete')[0];
cs.triggerSearch();

But I does not work at all...

Thanks.

Hello,

As you can see the expression

cs.triggerSearch();

should be called with delay (use setTimeout ) for this purpose.

It is unknwn which request will be done first those from grid or those from triggerSerch

Thanks !

Is there a way to block grid loading when page is loaded ? I tried by removing the 'url' parameter but the grid still seems to load something (the loading indidator is displayed) ?

Hello,

if(back button condition) {

$("#mygrid").setGridParam({datatype:'clientSide'});

jQuery('#sg_Nom').val('AGF');
var cs = jQuery('#t_listSociete')[0];

$("#mygrid").setGridParam({datatype:'xml'});
cs.triggerSearch();

}

Enjoy
