I just recently upgraded to 3.6.4 and I noticed that my rows is filling up my grid when the row count is less than the row limit.
The CSS .jqgrow height is already set to 22px, I even tried to call jQuery('.jqgrow').height("22px"); to set row height but it seems it is not working. Is there a way to fix row height?

Hello,
Should be know that this is applied to the row and not to the cell. Aplied to the row will not work.
Try
$("td",".jqgrow").height(25);
