How to get total grid data ?

Hi :

I am a new of jqGrid. I need a grid to edit cell data inline and submit this grid to the server and store it.

How can i get the entire data of this grid even the grid have a pager ?

I need help.

Hello,

Look at available methods that jqGrid support. You have a wide range

of possibilities. With other words - read docs.

I have read docs but i can't found any method that can retrieve the data of grid.
I found a getRowData() that just can get the data of a row.
Can you give me a hint ?
What method that can return the data with jsonstring or data array?

Hello,

Did you read all the available methods?

How about to use

dataid = $("grid").getDataIDs()

// as of the docs

//array of the id's in the current grid view. Empty array if no data is available.

Then why not loop throght this array using getRowData
