jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I am trying to add an <a> to a column on my jqgrid with the href comprised of two fields from the row.  How do I get data from the rowobject in the custom formatter?

My formatter will look some thing like this:

function lnkFormatter(cellvalue,opts,rowobj)

{

var ret;

        ret = '<a href="mylink?id=getter' + rowobjectdata1 + "&" + rowobjectdata2 + '">'

}

how do I get the value of a certain column where I have rowobjectdata1 and rowobjectdata2?
