Unfortunately in the demos there are no examples of saving data (insert, update) to MySQL. Where can I find such examples? Maybe anybody have some examples?

Unfortunately, this is not a job of the plugin.
Since of independance of data we have a wide range of possibilities such as MySQL, MSSQL, Postgresql and etc. The user must have a basic knowledge of these DB as of some scripting language too. Imagene if I support all of these what will be...
The developer must known what data is sended to the server and from this poin to do the changes to the DB. This is well documented.
