delete a row on jqGrid

I place an icon in one cell and shows delete button on cell and want to delete a row when user click on it.

I have aboce code and I can have formatter function, but the formatter function to palce the icon, where I can palce the delete code and how do I know user click, any variable I can check when user click, or I am not on the right direction?

I tried to use it, but it only works using constant, I tried to pass key to url to let it know which record need to be delete, but I am unable to pass the column data, I tried getCell, rawdata[1], rowid, but no luck,

Any suggestions or hint is great appreciated,
