Custom tooltip to a cell in JqGrid

Hi I am trying to add custom tooltip to a cell based on the value of another column data. I am able to add the tooltip to the first page using the solution provided here. But when I click the pager buttons the value is changed to undefined.
Can some one point me how can maintain the tooltip on all the pages?
