jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi guys. Thank you for you job. It's very good component.

I try use it in my project and i like it. 

I have a one proposal. Can you add XML element as parametr in event handlers. My english is poor i better show example

in file grid.base.js

var addXmlData = function addXmlData (xml,t) {

....

//$(ts).addSubGrid(t,row,gi);  -  change this on

$(ts).addSubGrid(t,row,gi ,this);

....

//and

ts.p.afterInsertRow(row.id,rd  ,this);

similary to this for other event handlers and json.

It take possible have all data which responsed from server. It simple change for and big possibility for developers (and for me 🙂 )
