Hi, thanks for your amazing work, I just migrated from flexigrid to jqGrid !

The first thing is more of a bug fix instead of a feature : when importing jqGrid grid information, the library expect the data to be in a “grid” object but when exported, this is not the case, please see topic (Problem with import ( JSON))

Second, I saw that the row count (rc) was also exported, it should be also filtered (as you did for subgrid and so on)

Now here are some features I love to have :when showing/hidding cols using the setColums dialog, the width of the remaning cols are not updated, would it be possible to change this ? I also noticed when using the pager to display more rows than my screen's total height (making the scrollbar to appear), the width of the grid is a bit too wide. Can the grid auto fit the changed space ?

Thanks !

PS: It seems I'm unable to have both multiselect and inline editi working together, I tried many combinaison of multiselect, dbl click to edit, simple lick to edit, multiboxonly and so on. Is there an example of such a thing somewhere ? (maybe related to How to use multiselect option and edit row feature in one Grid and multiselect and cellEdit)

Hello Akeru,

Thanks for your investigations. Now step by step.

1 Will correct this behaviour.

2. Thanks fixed in GitHub

3.1 Also this can be achieved when we use setGridWidth after show or hide columns which can be done in afterSubmitForm event. Also will try to do this as config option in setColumns module.

3.2 Do not understand. Also we already have a 18px for the scrollbar. This can be configured with the scrollOffset option in the grid. Also not all browsers interpret this option right - if I understand right.

4. Also I have enable this behaviour in the GitHub

Best Regards

Tony
