Images in grid and sizeable column height

I would love to be able to show off an image per grid item where it is linked to a thumbnail. Say 150x150 or so and make the columns about 175 tall.

You can do that using the events and methods provided with the grid. Also refer to the documenatation

I looked at the Events and Methods documentation but I didn't see anything in there about adding elements like images (unless it is addRowData which I don't have the faintest clue to add this functionality with it) or setting row height…

I am a jquery newb. I'd appreciate any further guidance. TIA
