jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Would it be possible for a feature allowing developers to define templates for headers?

As an example, I need to display icons next to certain column headers in the grid.  When this icon is clicked, I would call a function which displays context senstive help relating to the column clicked.

If this is already possible, I apologize for asking and would appreciate if you could tell me where it is documented.
