Hi,

First of all thanks for this amazing work, I love this plugin !  What I would like is to have an option to enable an auto resize column depending on the content. I display in several columns some data. Sometimes strings are short, sometimes long. I found easier for user to have a big width table and just have to use the browser horizontal scrollbar to see each column content. Actually user have to resize each column with the mouse (more then 10 columns) and then use the scrollbar....

Is there a way to do that ?

Thanks a lot again

Gael

Hello,

This actually can be done, but I'm not sure if it will be implemeted soon.

I think it will be better to concentrate on this - if the user double click the resize mark - the column become autowidth - something like excel.

Best Regards

Hi Tony,

I think it could be better to do this auto resizing because :

- if your table contain 10 rows (I have more in my case  😉 then users have to double click 10 times....  Boring

- if you double click not exactely on the resize mark => then on the label you sort 2 times the column => slow with huge table.

But with the double click feature we may be able to call the function direct in the code to do an auto-resizing ???

Cheers
