could you  add an option to auto-expand subgrids on load?

Or make the toggle functions in grid.subgrid.js non-anonymous and callable, so there's a cleaner way of doing it than:

            var pluses = table.find("img[src$=plus.gif]").each(function() {

                // Click their parent td

                $(this).parents("td").eq(0).click();

            });
