add "'title" param in editoptions

Hi Tony, any chance you would consider adding a "title" param in the editoptions of the various field types for tool-tips? I think this is done for buttons throughout (and in other areas too), but I don't see anything like this for fields - thinking in terms of formedit mode. I've hacked it into grid.common.js in a couple of spots, but was hoping this could be done for the mainstream codeline.

Obviously, pretty low priority 🙂

Actually it is included in editoptions like this. (all versions of jqGrid) Tested and work.

editoptions: { title: "Mytitle"...}
