Hi,

I'm searching for over 2 days now, and still no luck.

Is there a way to attach tinymce editor in jqgrid form dialog?

I've created function:

    function beforeShow() {
        tinyMCE.execCommand("mceAddControl", true, "content");
    }

and run it on form with:

beforeShowForm: function() {beforeShow();

But it works only for the first time. When dialog closes and gets reopened, editor is 'dead', there is no cursor and also, when you click buttons it throws errors into firebug console.

From tinymce sites I've red that it's because it doesn't get properly removed, but attaching it to initializeForm doesn't work either.

I've also tried to use remove function to onClose, but again no luck with that also.

I was also trying to use jquery version of Tinymce, but still get the same results.

Anyone has succeed with this editor? I'd be glad for any help Smile

Hello,

I have little investigated the problem.

The problem is that Tinymce uses frame which is in conflict with jqModal.

Currently there is no solution for this from me.

There was a solution here (if I remember right), but it require a change the code of jqModal
