Hi!

I have a following problem

As soon as I add MSThemeCompatible (<META HTTP-EQUIV=”MSThemeCompatible” CONTENT=”no” />) to HTML page with test grid, header/cell font size become bigger then usual and size of control diff (please see good and bad screenshot)

 GOOd

BAD

It's important to have no MSThemeCompatible a since it's a corporate standart.

Just In case: it's IE8

 any workaround on it?

thanks.

Hello,

Not sure what this do (sorry), but could you please try to set the font tag like this:

body{ font: 62.5% "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; }

Regards

Tony

For professional UI suites for Java Script and PHP visit us at our commercial products site - guriddo.net - by the very same guys that created jqGrid.

Hi Tony!

Thanks it's partially helped. I meant it's solved font size issue, but left small empty column on the rigth (see . Bad again)

BTW, I have managed to reach same effect with applying different CSS scheme (in my case Redmont... which I like more) instead yuor suggestion.

Regarding extra-column on the right: looks like it's a place for scroll bar which is absent in my case. I can drag it to the left but can't return to the same position. And exactly same dragging behavior can be seen at grids on grid-demo.

Tony, thanks for help.. it's not a n urgent issue since I managed to find workaround.

Could you please post the workaround Yuri?

It would certainly be helpful to other people who face the same issue.
