chained mode using API documentation

Ex. /jqgridwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:navigator is missing an example for chained mode when using the API.

The documentation implies that chained mode works if you have the API enabled. You actually need to chain properly using the new API:

jQuery("#grid_id").jqGrid({

...

pager : '#gridpager',

... }).jqGrid('navGrid', '#gridpager',{parameters}, prmEdit, prmAdd, prmDel, prmSearch, prmView);

...
