jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi

Here is the HTML

<div class="ui-widget-content  ui-corner-all" id="display">
    <div id="pager"></div>
    <table id="list_table"></table>
</div>

In JS

$('table#list_table').jqGrid({...})

This works fine. I get a grid but even though the pager div is above the table in the HTML the pager still appears below the grid on the page.

How can I get the pager at the top?
