jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi!

When I use single search dialog in IE I see that textbox width is wrong because style attribute is not applied

Here is DOM fragment for input element

<input class="input-elm" id="jqg1″ role="textbox" size="10″ jQuery15108954653874298282="86″/>

For Firefox and Chrome this fragment is

<input type="text" id="jqg1″ style="width: 98%;" role="textbox" class="input-elm">

jQGrid version is v4.0.0-30-g434731c (received from GitHub)

PS: Bug was not fixed in 4.1
