wrong definition of default values of addParams

Hello Tony,

default values of inlineNav ar defined in the lines

o = $.extend({
edit: true,
...
addParams : {},
...
}, $.jgrid.nav, o ||{});

but one uses later (see the line)

if(!o.addParams.addRowParams.extraparam) {

and get null reference error (o.addParams.addRowParams is undefined) if inlineNav will be called with the simplest options: $("#grid").jqGrid("inlineNav", "#pager");

To fix the bug one can modify the code to

o = $.extend(true, {
edit: true,
...
addParams : {addRowParams: {extraparam: {}}},
...
}, $.jgrid.nav, o ||{});

and removing now unneeded lines

if(!o.addParams.addRowParams.extraparam) {
o.addParams.addRowParams.extraparam = {};
}

Alternatively one can add lines

if(!o.addParams.addRowParams) {
o.addParams.addRowParams = {};
}
