Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a grid with a large quantity of local data.
2. When the data in question is out of view (not currently rendered - <tr> does not exist), use delRowData to remove the row.
3. Scroll back to where the row is supposed to be deleted.
Expected:
===
The row should be gone.
Actual:
===
The row still exists. This is because retrieving the row in delRowData returns null, and it aborts the delete.
