Unable to set resizable to false in dlog_options

This is because of bad object existance checking.
The current code looks like this: "resizable": opts.resizable ? opts.resizable : true,
the problem is that if you can never set this to false because the check will come back as the value and true will be set.
Can someone with submit change the code to this: "resizable": opts.resizable != undefined ? opts.resizable : true,
