First, I should say that I really like jqGrid.  Very nice!

I do have a question/problem though.  I'm not sure if it is a bug, I could just be misunderstanding the documentation.  The documentation says that if you combine inline editing with the treegrid functionality, the expandable column won't be editable.  That's 100% fine for what I'm working on.  However, the actual behavior is that even if the expandable column isn't editable, when the row is restored to normal mode by a call to 'restoreRow', the expandable cell for that row reverts to a normal cell.  Its value is still there, but the expander is gone.  Is this the correct behavior?  Is there no way to combine treegrid with inline editing?

Cool, thanks!  Great work, I'm amazed at how clean the code is given how powerful this grid is.
