TreeGrid height: 'auto'

I have a treeGrid using the adjacency model, with height:'auto'. After getting the root node from the server (not expanded), the height of the row hosting the root node is too small.

How can I correct this problem? (The treeGrid behaves OK without height:'auto'.)

Thank you,

Tibi

Hi,

Indeed, in FireFox (at least, it's the only non-IE browser I'm using for testing my applications) the problem I mentioned does not appear.

Best regards,

Tibi

Hello,

Did you say that you have only one row at initializing the grid - i.e. only root>

Hello,

Yes, I have only one row, the root - with the attributes ID = '1', 'level' = '0', parentID = '', 'isleaf' = 'false', and 'expanded' = 'false'.

Best regards,

Tibi

Bug with scroll bars, if height parameter is set to “auto” IE7 always show both scroll bars.

If height is set to fix height everything is ok. In FF is ok.

I recognized that if there is more than 17 rows, scroolbar appere (height auto), if less than it's ok.

screensGrid also behaves ok if pager shows 1/1, AND if i select like 50 hits.

I see now the problem:

If i have page 4/4 (shows 8/10 rows), the problem disappear, on page 3/4 (10/10) problem appears.

Content tabel is 1px overhead so vertical scroll appears, because of this the horizontal scroll-bar appears.

At upper image you can see 1px overflow od grid content.

Hello,

If you set your grid within container try to set a position:relative on this container
