Toolbar missing in IE7

Hi,

Thanks for the grid plugin. It's great!

I have an issue where the toolbar is not showing in IE 7, but shows correctly in Safari & Firefox. When I inspect the DOM in IE7, the toolbar div doesn't exist at all. I am using the following in my grid config:

toolbar: [true,"bottom"]

Is this a known issue? I am using jqGrid version 3.4.3.

Heve tested this, but no problems. Also this can be seen in the demo pages.
