Thai UTF-8 display as ???? on JQGrid

Hi there, I think there is a bug with UTF8 Thai character. I put Thai words in the grid then it will display ????? Instead for example this word "ทบทวน". I debug and think that toJason() might be the case as prior to that the output still display Thai properly. Have I done something wrong?
