Sorting problem when index missing - jQGrid 4.1

There is problem with column sorting jqgrid-4.1. After upgrade from 3.8 to 4.1 some columns in jqgrid stopped to sort.

I found, when index value is missing in col model, jqgrid posts to server value sidx:GRIDNAME_COLNAME when sorting.

JqGrid 3.8 in this situation posts to server value sidx:COLNAME when sorting, which is more reasonable.

This is true. Will try to fix them. It is connected with the uniquie id's in the DOM
