Hello Tony,
I found that you used not the last version of setGroupHeaders. In the last version used in the demo I used some changes. So one should at least change the line 694 of grid.custom.js to
The current version of setGroupHeaders produce the results (the "Date" column header)
see the demo and the fixed demo.
Best regards
Oleg

Hello Tony,
I really mean the line 694. The line 683 selects "span.ui-jqgrid-resize" and the column having resizeable: false don't have the "span.ui-jqgrid-resize". The line 692-697 should be the following
var $ts = $(this), $parent = $ts.parent();
if ($parent.is(":visible") && $parent.is(":has(span.ui-jqgrid-resize)")) {
$ts.css('top', ($parent.height() - $ts.outerHeight()) / 2 + 'px');
}
}
So only top CSS property of the "div.ui-jqgrid-sortable" elements which has sibbling "span.ui-jqgrid-resize" should be adjusted.
Best regards
Oleg
