Hi,
First of all, thank you for providing such an excellent grid!!! I love it.
I found an issue while running the grid in a jquery tab in IE8. The following code works fine in FF but doesn't resize the grid in IE8 if the grid is empty(zero data, only column headers)… As soon as I add one line of data, the grid resizes in IE8… so empty <tbody> means not visible???
function resizeAllGrids() {
if (grid = $('.ui-jqgrid-btable:visible')) {
grid.each(function(index) {
gridId = $(this).attr('id');
gridParentWidth = $('#gbox_' + gridId).parent().width();
